Housing in Slakthusområdet

Fastsam is building rental apartments of 1–5 rooms and a number of small commercial units with five of its members – Mandel Fastigheter, Taksprånget, Fahlin Förvaltning, Hemvist Förvaltning and LL Kylfacket – according to its own project page. The city writes 165 rentals and five townhouses in hand-moulded red-black brick, with half of the homes allocated through Bostadsförmedlingen, the city's housing queue. The first tenants moved into the townhouses in May 2026, the district's first residents.

Condominiums of 1–5 rooms in three buildings of seven to ten storeys, split between two associations, Stora and Lilla Fransyskan. The brick-faced buildings are designed by Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter. The flats are released in stages and stage 2 is on sale now, with prices from 2,995,000 kronor for a studio according to Besqab's own page. A preschool in the block and a restaurant, deli or café planned at street level. The showroom is in A House Börshuset at Slakthusplan 3.

Nordic Swan certified condominiums designed by Jägnefält Milton and KOD Arkitekter: 50 apartments in North Flats, 46 in South Flats and 23 townhouses of 4–6 rooms modelled on British mews houses, according to Åke Sundvall's page and the project site themews.se. Construction of North Flats is given as starting in Q2 2026, sales are under way, and viewings are held at Fastighetsbyrån's office at Arenavägen 33. The city still counts the block as 102 apartments and 23 townhouses.

Rental apartments let through Bostadsförmedlingen, with access to their own garage, a separate preschool and commercial units at street level, according to Primula's own project page. The city's phase page says 142 apartments and occupancy in spring 2027 – the developer's page prevails.

Student and researcher housing of 6,562 square metres in total, let through K2A's own housing queue; construction has begun, with production start in 2026, but letting has not, according to the company's property page. The city splits them into 172 student and 75 researcher flats in two blocks, with a preschool and the sports hall Slakthushallen in the student block, and the symbolic ground-breaking took place on 5 May 2026.

Condominiums with street-level premises, according to the city. Svenska Hem's own page only takes interest registrations and says the project is being re-planned and the final plans are not ready; what it does promise includes high ceilings, a roof terrace and charging points. The count, 51, is the city's figure on the phase page.

Homes of 2–5 rooms beside the coming Södra park and the villas of Gamla Enskede, built to the Selvaag Pluss concept with a staffed reception, gym, party room and guest rooms, around 60 garage spaces, at least 600 bicycle spaces and access to a car pool and a pool of cargo and electric bikes, according to Selvaag's own page. The city counts around 165 condominiums in the allocation.
