About

SATS Globen is at Arenavägen 43, between Globen Shopping and Hovet, and is one of two SATS gyms within a few hundred metres – the other, SATS Slakthuset, is on Rökerigatan inside Slakthusområdet. Hours are 06–22 Monday to Thursday, 06–20 Friday, 08–18 Saturday and 08–19 Sunday according to sats.se. The club's page lists a Lifting Zone, a CrossTraining Zone, a running area, a group-training studio, Transformer classes, personal training and boot camps, and describes the atmosphere as calm. Members park two hours free in Globen Shopping's garage. Group classes are booked in the SATS app.
