About
Slaktkyrkan is the concert venue at Styckmästargatan 10 in Slakthusområdet's eastern halls: a foyer leading into a high-ceilinged concert room with a long bar and room for 750 standing, or 150 seated for talks. The stage is eight metres wide, the sound an L-Acoustics K2 system, and next door is Kapellet – 100 square metres of bar and room for 150, for workshops and smaller concerts. The autumn 2026 programme runs from Ella Mai and Bruno Berle in September to Stockholm Jazz Festival with Yazmin Lacey and Moses Yoofee Trio in October and Olof Dreijer on Halloween; doors are usually at 19:00 and tickets, mostly 225–375 kronor, are sold through Billetto. The age limit is 18 at most concerts, 20 at some club nights, and 13 with a guardian Sunday to Thursday. In summer the yard towards Hus 7, Kvarteret, becomes an open-air club.
