Dansken Slaktis
Smørrebrød and Danish home cooking in Hus 26 – lunch Monday to Friday 11–14:30 for 145 kronor, three small smørrebrød 205, a snaps list of 16; open until 23 Tuesday to Sunday.
About
Dansken Slaktis took over Afrika Sthlm's room in Hus 26, between Solen and Bar Montan, in autumn 2025 – behind it is Vincent Vintilescu, formerly co-owner of Afrika. The kitchen is Danish: smørrebrød on rye with roast beef, remoulade and fried onion, flæskesteg with crackling, herring, prawns and egg, and hot dishes borrowed from Copenhagen's taverns – steak tartare 235 kronor, seared tuna 225, pork belly 195. Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11–14:30: the dish of the day or the week's vegetarian 145 kronor, the week's smørrebrød 175 and the "week's three" of three small smørrebrød 205. Week 35 had oven-baked chicken, sausage stroganoff, meatballs and veal tri-tip on the board. The snaps list runs to 16, eight of them Aalborg. Open Monday 11:30–14, Tuesday to Friday 11:30–23 and weekends 12–23; on match Sundays the doors open at 11. Tables are booked through Bokabord.
