Solen is Adam Dahlberg's and Albin Wessman's restaurant in Hus 26, Slakthushallarna, at Hallgränd 45. It opened on 14 April 2023 together with its neighbours Bar Montan and Hosoi, and the kitchen borrows from sun-soaked cities – the landlord names Tel Aviv, Santa Fe, Oaxaca and Naples. The restaurant's own page pairs pizza with tabbouleh, calamari with jalapeños and harissa with salsiccia. The food is plates to share – wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, aged meat and cheese – and the wine is natural wine from its own cellar. No menu is published on the site, so prices are added when they can be read there. Open Tuesday to Thursday 17–24, Friday 16–01, Saturday 12–01 and Sunday 12–22; closed Monday. Tables are booked through Bokabord, and the restaurant takes private groups via [email protected]. Its sister venues are Misshumasshu and Adam/Albin.
