Hosoi is the listening bar in Slakthushallarna, entered from Styckmästargatan 5 – a place where music comes first, as its own page puts it, and which the landlord describes as music room, restaurant and bar in one. It opened here on 14 April 2023, the same day as Solen and Bar Montan in the same building. The kitchen does Japanese small plates; the menu is published as an image on the site, so dishes and prices are added when they can be read there. Open Wednesday and Thursday 17–23, Friday and Saturday 17–01; closed Sunday to Tuesday. Tables are booked through Bokabord or you can drop in, and the room is hired privately on request.
