SIN Ramen Slaughterhouse opened on 22 November 2024 at Hallvägen 13 as the chain's second site after Mood, with the kitchen behind a glass wall so guests watch the noodles being made. Broth and noodles are made from scratch. The evening menu has seven bowls named after the deadly sins, from 189 kronor – Envy, Gluttony and Sloth 189, Greed 199 – and one found only here: Wrath, a kikanbo-inspired, mouth-numbing shinigami ramen at 209 kronor. Starters are karaage, gyoza and bang bang shrimps at 105–130 kronor, and the sake list runs to a dozen labels. Lunch is served Wednesday to Friday 11–15: ramen of the day 169 kronor – spicy miso on Wednesday, Osaka black on Thursday, tonkotsu on Friday, vegan tantan every day – with sides at 45. Evenings Wednesday and Thursday until 22, Friday and Saturday until 23, Sunday 12–21; closed Monday and Tuesday. Card only, one bill per table. Tables are booked through Caspeco.
